Every six months, we carry out a study for TransShopperLab, a research unit which focuses on developing trends in the retail sector, both at brand name and company level.
We are looking for a Retail research assistant for TransShopperLab. The successful applicant will work with a team of consultants tasked with producing the next TransShopperLab study. They will be responsible for researching new retail developments in the fields of fashion, sporting equipment/sportswear, houseware/home accessories/home furnishings, beauty and the arts. The scope of the study covers both bricks and mortar outlets and online stores, social networking sites and mobile applications. This will require a ‘self-starter’ who is skilled at field research, carrying out surveys or speaking with consumers and end users, analyzing data, identifying the most promising new developments, sharing the fruits of this research and expressing them formally in the next TransShopperLab study.
Required qualities: enthusiasm, a keen interest in consumers’ buying behaviours, new stores, new websites and new mobile applications, good observational skills, a good understanding and ‘feel’ for the fashion, houseware/home furnishings and beauty sectors, an analytical mind that is able to synthesize information effectively.
Native proficiency in English required (ILR Level 5)

We are looking for an Art Director – Store Designer and Graphic Designer.
Tasks include:
- event management for brand names and retailers: visual merchandising, special events and temporary displays in the fashion, home, beauty and luxury goods sectors.

Depending on the category of project, they must be able to mobilize and enthuse teams of creatives composed of architects, designers, store designers, visual merchandising designers, graphic designers and fashion designers. They will also need to be skilled in presenting creative work to clients.

We are looking for a Creative Director – Commercial Architect & Senior Retail Designer with extensive experience in the international retail field.
They will be tasked with successfully implementing a range of retail design and store concept design projects in line with a specific customer brief and brand strategy. They will oversee all aspects of the creative process as it applies to the concepts and designs in question, manage the members of the creative team, pilot projects at the APS, APD and DCE stages (preliminary design study, final design package and contractor shortlist file) and monitor the third party manufacturing process as it relates to the creation of stores at the prototype and pilot stages.
