To learn the keys factors for a successful merchandising strategy.

Developing merchandising in an upstream-downstream, global merchandising perspective.

METHODOLOGY
This course alternates theoretical and collaborative practical workshops, nourishing the participants and introducing them with dynamism to a unique approach rather than a methodology.

PARTICIPANTS
Groups of 5 to 10 people.
Volcan Design strongly recommends diversity in the teams in order to stimulate dialogue and cross-disciplinary approaches.
